Hashmolovshim is a community-based non-profit thrift store
dedicated to making sure children don’t go without the essentials.
When a child has basic stability – warm clothing, nutritious food, and support-everything else becomes possible: school, confidence, health, and hope.
Our model is simple and powerful:
- We sell quality secondhand items at accessible prices.
- We accept donations of clothing, books and household items in good condition.
- We mobilize volunteers to sort, organize, and keep the store running.
- We turn every shekel of value into direct help for children.
We’re proud to be a hands-on community space, working alongside organizations like מתן בסתר and The Good People Fund to reach more people and respond faster when needs arise.

How You Can Help
- Shop: Every purchase supports children’s essentials.
- Donate items: Clothing, books (including school books), household items in good condition are always needed.
- Donate financially: Monetary donations can be made via the Good People Fund(US) and Matan Baseter(Israel).
- Volunteer: A few hours can make a real difference (sorting, organizing, receiving donations, store support).
